Behavior Technician | Santa Fe, NMWe're looking for a compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Behavior Technician to work in Santa Fe, NM! You'll provide 1:1 support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), guided by a supervising BCBA.Whether you're an experienced RBT or have a background in ABA or childcare and are ready to get certified—we'll support you every step of the way with paid training, mentorship, and a caring team environment.What You'll Do:Work directly with clients to implement personalized ABA treatment plans. Use positive, evidence-based strategies to support communication and daily living skills. Collect data to track progress and celebrate success. Provide engaging and safe sessions in a supportive environment. Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates. Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA.What We're Looking For:Certified RBTs highly encouraged to apply. ABA or childcare experience also welcomed (training pay available while becoming certified). Strong communication and organization skills. Patience, empathy, and commitment to helping others.
