What You’ll Handle Machine setup and calibration for laser cutting and engraving jobs.Active monitoring and adjustments to maintain throughput and quality.Routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep equipment reliable.Blueprint/drawing review and adherence to job orders and specifications.Accurate logging of production data and machine parameters.Collaboration with peers to streamline processes and drive productivity.Strict adherence to safety protocols and housekeeping standards. What You’ll Need High school diploma or equivalent; laser-focused technical training is a plus.Experience operating laser equipment or comparable machinery.Mechanical savvy and a methodical, problem-solving mindset.Proficiency reading technical documents and prints.Strong knowledge of laser safety and general manufacturing safety.Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to high quality.Solid communication skills and a team-first attitude.
