Join our dynamic team in Milford, CT, as an Assembly Technician! We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual who thrives in a hands-on environment. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities- Assemble components and products according to specifications and blueprints.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all assembled products meet company standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity.
- Report any defects or issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of assembly techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic machinery.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
