Your Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical products using hand tools and powered assembly equipment.
• Work with small components while maintaining a high level of precision and accuracy.
• Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and production specifications.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and report defects or quality concerns.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established quality and safety procedures throughout the assembly process.

What We're Looking For

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand or small power tools.
• Ability to perform detailed work with small components.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Soldering experience is a plus. Training may be available for the right candidate.
• Ability to distinguish between colors as part of the assembly and inspection process.
