Responsibilities Develop general maintenance and repair program throughout the facility. Provide assistance in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration maintenance and repair program. Supervise and complete general maintenance, construction, and renovation projects for the facility. Establish on-call procedures to respond to emergency general maintenance repair calls. Assist in emergency HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repair calls and ensure the work is promptly and properly performed. Training and Credentials Please submit license(s) and certification(s). Must successfully complete four (4) week SCDC Basic Training upon hire. Minimum Requirements High school diploma and trades experience related to the area of employment. Relevant experience may be substituted for the required diploma on a year‑for‑year basis. High school diploma and 5 years professional experience in institutional general maintenance, construction, and repair.
