Chief of Staff — Onsite Operations & Growth Lead

Amped, headquartered in Los Angeles, is seeking a Chief of Staff to take ownership of key operational components across locations. The role entails identifying problems, developing practical solutions, implementing them, and maintaining responsibility for results. Based mostly onsite (75%), you will work with teams, partner with the CEO, and guide hourly staff growth, client communications, and proactive inspections.
