ERP Analyst

Job Description We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst to support and enhance enterprise systems, with a strong focus on Financial Planning & Budgeting and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). This role partners closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to design, build, and optimize data-driven solutions that improve operational and financial decision-making. Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions Design, develop, and implement enhancements across SAP and integrated platforms Build and maintain dashboards, planning models, and analytics within SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues (e.g., refresh failures, access, data discrepancies), and ensure reliability Support master data and system integrations across ERP modules Lead testing efforts, including functional, regression, and integration testing Identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes Promote best practices and ensure users are maximizing system capabilities Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on technical specs and custom development Provide ongoing recommendations for system improvements and emerging technologies Skills and Requirements 3–5+ years of experience working with ERP systems (SAP required) Hands‑on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) development (dashboards, planning, stories) Strong SQL skills and experience with APIs/data integration (OData, etc.) Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and drive resolution Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business users Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Self‑starter who can work independently and manage priorities Strong collaborator with the ability to influence stakeholders Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and planning skills Customer‑focused mindset with a drive to improve user experience Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) Background in financial, sales, or margin planning processes Experience with ERP implementations and integrations Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or DevOps methodologies Experience mentoring or leading projects Equal Opportunity & Diversity Statement We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
