Sr Billing Specialist

Responsibilities Perform VMRS coding and costing of invoices, and audit invoices to ensure correct billing in Audit Queue. Monitor Genesys to ensure PO line is covered during working hours. Execute TMCare resets as applicable. Responsible for making sure all non workflow tasks are completed on a daily basis. Release Saia and Budget invoices daily Maintain 9-Digit and COD Queues Handle emails from outside and inside the department VMRS Coding and Costing of invoices all Tiers Monitor Billing Teams chat Undertake additional duties as assigned within the Billing department. Job Requirements Familiar with the Billing Processes Must have effective verbal and written communication skills using proper business etiquette.
