Receptionist-Immigration Legal Services (Must be Bi-lingual-English/Spanish)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Greet clients as they enter the suite.Ensure that all clients/visitors have signed in the office sign in sheet.Verify appoint calendar to ensure confirmed appointments.Assist with initial client screening, referrals, and appointment scheduling.Provide intake forms to new clients.Any clients that have not been in the office in more than 1year).Notify staff of appointments.Track and receive payments of client legal fees.Assist with the preparation of immigration forms under the supervision of the Program Director/Attorney, such as family petitions, asylum, waivers, extensions of status and naturalization applications.Open cases in Law Logix (LLX) and follow case assignment protocol.Assist with the maintenance of organized filing/case management system.Prepare letters to clients in English and Spanish under the direction of the Program Director.Assist with compilation of program statistics, report and timesheets.Assist with inventory and ordering of office supplies.Translate legal document from Spanish to English.
