Registered Nurse NICU

$1713.60/week - Job Summary: Provides specialized nursing care to critically ill neonatal patients in the NICU. Demonstrates expertise in managing complex medical needs and supporting families during their infant's hospital stay. Responsibilities: Assess neonatal patients’ conditions and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs according to physician orders. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate families on care procedures, infant development, and discharge instructions. Use advanced equipment such as ventilators, feeding pumps, and monitoring devices. Document patient information accurately in EMR systems and report changes promptly. Qualifications: Valid RN license and current registered nurse certification. Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience, including Level 4 NICU. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical skills. Familiarity with Meditech and CPN EMR systems.
