Associate Laboratory Supervisor – Analytical Chemistry

Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Salary: $65,000–$85,000/year

Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Laboratory Supervisor – Analytical Chemistry to oversee laboratory operations, staff, analytical testing, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong chromatography experience (IC, GC, LC-MS/MS) and a solid understanding of cGMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and train analytical laboratory staff.
Review analytical data and test results for accuracy and compliance.
Support CAPA, SOP, safety, and quality programs.
Manage scheduling, workload, performance reviews, and staff development.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot laboratory/instrument issues.
Recommend improvements to laboratory procedures and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
4+ years of relevant laboratory experience.
4–6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
Experience with IC, GC, and/or LC-MS/MS .
Strong cGMP, communication, problem-solving, and supervisory skills.
