Overnight Stock SupervisorThe Overnight Stock Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in executing overnight inventory and replenishment operations, ensuring store is fully stocked, organized, and prepared for daily business. This role oversees overnight stock associates, coordinates workload execution, and ensures operational, safety, and company standards are consistently met.The Supervisor serves as the on-site leaders during overnight shifts, partnering with store leadership to deliver accurate inventory flow, efficient stock room operations, and readiness of customer facing areas.Key Responsibilities:Lead, supervisor, and direct overnight stock associates to ensure efficient execution of receiving, processing, and replenishment activitiesAssign workload, set priorities, and manage task flow to meet nightly operational goalsEnsure customer facing areas and stockroom are fully stocked, organized, and prepared for store openingExecute and oversee floor moves, merchandising changes, and special operational projects as directed by store leadershipIdentify and escalate inventory discrepancies, damages, or operational risksProvide real time guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to overnight associatesSupport onboarding and training of new overnight team membersServe as the primary overnight point of contact for store leadershipCommunicate nightly progress, challenges, and handoff notes to day leadership teamSupport store leadership with operational insights and improvement opportunitiesEstablishes and maintains a positive work environment that supports high team member morale.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards; report concerns or infractionsRequirements:High School Diploma or GED1-2+ years of retail operations or stockroom experience, with prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead and motivate teams in a fast paced, overnight environmentAbility to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members and leadershipAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsAbility to stand for long periods of time, read computer terminals, push, pull or move objects of at least 25 poundsAbility to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbingAbility to work an overnight shift from 9:30PM-6:30AM or 10PM-7AM that meets the business needs, including weekends and holidaysSchedule: Overnight shifts between 9:30pm-6:30am or 10pm-7am, based on business needs.Salary: $26.00/hrBenefits:Flexible spending and commuter benefits accounts* 401K (with employer matching)* 30% Employee Merchandise DiscountPart-time Availability Requirements:* Restrictions on availability limited to two days on weekdays.* Open availability on weekends (religious exemptions will be considered).As an Equal Opportunity Employer, UNIQLO USA LLC does not discriminate against applicants or employees because of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, veteran status, disability, age, citizenship, marital or domestic/civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression or because of any other status or condition protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.The Company is committed to equal pay initiatives and will not ask candidates for their current or past salary.
