Stock Supervisor

Stock SupervisorAMI is looking for a Stock Supervisor for its Soho, NY location! Reporting to the Store Manager, the Stock Supervisor will manage back-of-house operations. Alongside his/her team, the Stock Supervisor will track and monitor inventory and develop processes to maximize efficiency.Stock Supervisor Responsibilities:Oversee shipping and receivingExecuting weekly cycle counts and ensure physical products match systemInvestigate any shortages or discrepanciesEnsure accurate product and supply inventoryPrepare mid-year and annual physical inventory inventoriesDevelop and share ideas to increase efficiency, support store initiatives and projects as neededTeam Leadership:Partner with Store Manager and sales team to support visual merchandising, execute and collection launchesTrain and support team on day-to-day back of house policies and proceduresLead by example on company standards and expectationsWho You Are:Organized, efficient and self-starterDetail oriented, operationally sound.Team player with a strong sense of team leadership to deliver results beyond expectationsExcellent customer service skills and strong ability to foster a customer-service spirit in storeAbility to lift 50lbs and stand for 8 hours a dayOpen availability, holidays and weekends requiredJoin the AMI familyJob Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of stock management experienceKnowledge of CEGID is a plus!A second language is not required but preferred
