CMM Programmer

Job Details In this role, you will be responsible for preparing CMM programs per customer specifications and evaluating the quality of products throughout the manufacturing process prior to shipping. Daily Responsibilities Inspecting and approving pieces in casting and machining (including a complete layout each time a machining center is set up for production) Inspecting and catching defects, workmanship, cleanliness, and packaging of products prior to shipment Creating certificates of conformance, material certificates, RoHs certificates, and other test reports required to ship with production orders Performing internal ISO audits and resolving any problems found Programming, running, and maintaining CMM Qualifications Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field 4+ years experience in CMM programming Experience with Roamer and Zeiss equipment Ability to operate CMM and read CMM reports Experience with PC-DMIS software Outstanding analytical and mechanical skills; strong attention to detail Familiarity with Six Sigma Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the manufacturing environment and with customers Great energy, reliability, and teamwork Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
