We produce custom washers and precision metal components, typically made through CNC machining, stamping, and metal forming. Our plant in Racine, Wisconsin manufactures tight-tolerance parts for industrial and OEM customers.

Job Details

General Summary: Support all Quality Assurance initiatives using quality planning, problem solving, RMA evaluation, reporting, manufacturing process improvements and corrective/preventative actions.

• Program a CMM, PC-DMIS.
• Accurately measure parts using CMM, micrometers, hand gages, or other precision instruments to perform first piece or in process inspections.
• Apply statistical techniques to troubleshoot and perform technical evaluations such as capability, capacity, and gage R&R studies

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ manufacturing quality experience
• Program CMM, PC-DMIS required
• Basic knowledge in the application of inspection and test equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints that include Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing
• Experience with Minitab preferred.
