Merakey is seeking a Full-Time Lead Respiratory Therapist to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in Crafton, PA . Position Details The Lead Respiratory Therapist supports the Respiratory Therapy (RT) Manager in the day-to-day supervision of respiratory therapy staff and operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring clinical excellence, compliance, and continuity of respiratory services, while also serving as a point of contact for staff and other departments. Key Responsibilities Assist the RT Manager in supervising respiratory therapy staff and daily operations. Act as a resource for RT and nursing staff to address questions or concerns. Ensure respiratory equipment is available, maintained, and onsite. Conduct QA audits to ensure policy compliance, including: Med pass/treatment audits Infection control Respiratory chart and order reviews Equipment cleaning Chart and supply box audits Create monthly staff schedules and assignments with the RT Manager. Attend location-specific meetings as needed. Earn up to $36.00/hour. Base Rate is $32.00/hour All weekend shifts are + $4.00/hour.
