Simply Smiles Dental LLC is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Front Office team member to join our growing practice in West Valley City, UT! Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front office experience
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately and efficiently
• Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and account balances
• Answer multi-line phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage voicemails
• Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day

Requirements:

• Previous dental front office or medical receptionist experience preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software 
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy office environment
• Proficient in basic computer skills and data entry
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
