Welcome patients with professionalism and compassion while creating an exceptional first impression. Check patients in and out while maintaining an efficient patient flow. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments. Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding treatment, scheduling, pricing, financing, and office policies. Verify and maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix . Process payments, collect balances, and reconcile daily transactions. Discuss financing options, including CareCredit , when appropriate. Assist patients with insurance documentation and claim information. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Follow up with prospective patients and encourage scheduling. Order and maintain office supplies and administrative materials. Support office operations by preparing reports and administrative paperwork. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Assist the clinical team with chairside support when needed. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the practice.
