Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for an LTC/SNF setting to provide comprehensive patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, and support clinical team operations. The ideal candidate will deliver quality nursing services in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.

  Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

  Monitor patient progress and document clinical information accurately.

Qualifications:

  Valid state RN license required.

  Must bring a valid ID and wear a photo badge at all times.

  Completion of COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption documentation required.
