- Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long-Term Care (LTC)
- Location: Winchester, NH 03470 (Southwestern New Hampshire)
- Setting: Long-Term Care / Rehabilitation (LTC nursing)
- Employment Type: Travel Contract / Travel Nursing LPN Job
- Start Date: February 2, 2026
- End Date: March 30, 2026
- Contract Duration: 8 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12-hour days (07:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,070 - $1,130
- Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire or compact state eligibility (NH LPN license required)
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience; experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred
- Ability to work consecutive 12-hour day shifts and complete full contract duration
- Current CPR certification (BLS preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills; experience with EMR documentation and medication administration
- Provide compassionate direct resident care in a long-term care / rehabilitation setting
- Administer medications and treatments safely and per physician orders
- Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status, changes, and progress in the EMR
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team-RNs, CNAs, therapists, and physicians-to implement care plans
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote a positive, resident-focused environment
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to facility policies, LTC regulations, and quality standards
