Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Winchester, NH 03470 (Southwestern New Hampshire)
Setting: Long-Term Care / Rehabilitation (LTC nursing)
Employment Type: Travel Contract / Travel Nursing LPN Job
Start Date: February 2, 2026
End Date: March 30, 2026
Contract Duration: 8 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift: 12-hour days (07:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,070 - $1,130

Job Requirements

Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire or compact state eligibility (NH LPN license required)
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience; experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred
Ability to work consecutive 12-hour day shifts and complete full contract duration
Current CPR certification (BLS preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills; experience with EMR documentation and medication administration

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct resident care in a long-term care / rehabilitation setting
Administer medications and treatments safely and per physician orders
Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status, changes, and progress in the EMR
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team-RNs, CNAs, therapists, and physicians-to implement care plans
Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote a positive, resident-focused environment
Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to facility policies, LTC regulations, and quality standards
