• Employment Type: Travel Contract / Travel Nursing LPN Job
• Start Date: February 2, 2026
• End Date: March 30, 2026
• Contract Duration: 8 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour days (07:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,070 - $1,130

Job Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire or compact state eligibility (NH LPN license required)
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience; experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred
• Ability to work consecutive 12-hour day shifts and complete full contract duration
• Current CPR certification (BLS preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills; experience with EMR documentation and medication administration

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct resident care in a long-term care / rehabilitation setting
• Administer medications and treatments safely and per physician orders
• Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status, changes, and progress in the EMR
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team-RNs, CNAs, therapists, and physicians-to implement care plans
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote a positive, resident-focused environment
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to facility policies, LTC regulations, and quality standards
