Client Engagement Specialist - Ops Excellence & AI Tools

Crowe

Crowe is hiring a Client Engagement Specialist to own the full lifecycle of engagement coordination in the Tax Business Unit. You’ll drive billing, client set-up, risk assessments, and contract workflows using D365, Icertis, and DocuSign, while improving reporting and operational integrity. The role emphasizes proactive issue resolution, strong relationship management, and adoption of core systems to enable efficient service delivery.
