Associate Digital Sales Representative - Retirement Services

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate. What you’ll do Grow our business by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals. Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans by implementing a targeted sales strategy. Deepen relationships across the ADP family, building additional business within existing accounts. Collaborate daily, serve as a trusted advisor and ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the network while demonstrating ethical standards. To succeed in this role Acumen using new tools – quick learner of new tools and technology, leveraging insights and real‑time data. Positive self‑starter – upbeat, persistent, proactive outreach, and excellent time management. Continuous learner – always learning, growing, and questioning past practices to improve. Required Qualifications A college degree is great but not required. Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship is acceptable. Military experience that demonstrates teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a never‑lose mentality is also acceptable. Preferred Qualifications Prior quota‑carrying experience. Demonstrated ability to build a network via social platforms. Experience with video platforms. Benefits & Compensation Base salary USD $15.00 - $28.27 per hour, with uncapped commission and incentive trips.
