Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Legal Copywriter and Editor to join our team at Grow Law (part of Comrade Digital Marketing). You will craft high-quality, accurate, and persuasive content for clients in the legal industry including website copy, blog posts, case studies, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials. Key Responsibilities Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy across a variety of legal topics and formats Edit AI-written content through humanization, personalization, and fact-checking per our Editing Guide Conduct thorough research on legal topics to ensure accuracy and relevance Edit and proofread content to meet high-quality standards and legal guidelines Collaborate with clients to capture their brand voice and resonate with their target audience Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Work with SEO specialists, marketers, and the Content Manager/Editor to ensure content drives results Stay current with legal developments, industry trends, and content best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Law, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience as a legal copywriter or content writer within the legal industry Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and industry-specific content requirements Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/hybrid environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Portfolio of writing samples demonstrating expertise in legal content Required Attributes Strategic thinker with strong business acumen High integrity, energy, and resourcefulness Strong time management and organizational abilities Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented Confident and quick-minded under pressure Commitment to quality and excellent results Training & Development We regularly conduct internal and external training sessions.
