Platform ADMIN

This role is focused on the installation, configuration, and ongoing administration of enterprise data and governance platforms within a complex technical environment. You will ensure that platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Purview, and Profisee are properly deployed, configured, and aligned with business and technical requirements. The position plays a key role in maintaining platform stability, performance, and security while enabling seamless integration with enterprise data sources and applications. You will work closely with infrastructure, data, and security teams to support access management, system monitoring, and operational reliability. The environment is highly technical and detail-oriented, requiring strong platform administration and troubleshooting capabilities. This is a contract opportunity suited for professionals experienced in managing modern data governance and analytics platforms.

Accountabilities:

• Install, configure, and administer enterprise platforms including Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Purview, and Profisee.
• Ensure platform setup aligns with business requirements, technical specifications, and industry best practices.
• Configure and validate integrations and connections between data sources, applications, and enterprise systems.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions to ensure secure and appropriate access control.
• Monitor platform performance, including availability, load times, and resource utilization, ensuring optimal system health.
• Implement and maintain security measures such as authentication, encryption, and firewall configurations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and data teams to support stabilization and transition of platforms into production environments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in platform administration, system configuration, or enterprise application support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Purview, and/or Profisee is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of system integration, configuration management, and enterprise data environments.
• Experience managing user access, role-based security, and identity management.
• Knowledge of platform performance monitoring and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Familiarity with security protocols, including encryption, authentication, and network protection concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to operational detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote contract environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams.
