As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one‑on‑one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), one of the most effective evidence‑based therapies available. No ABA experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing support from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?
