About Us: We are opening a brand-new, premium, modern barber shop in Calvert County, designed to offer an elevated grooming experience. The shop features top-tier amenities, modern aesthetics (including custom LED mirrors and high-end stations), and a heavy marketing engine to drive consistent foot traffic.
Because ownership focuses on business operations and marketing, we are seeking an experienced, passionate Lead Barber to run the shop floor, maintain technical quality, and build a premier team.

- Option A (Premium Commission Split): A highly competitive commission split on all shop-driven clients and walk-ins, plus a monthly management bonus for floor leadership.
- Option B (Discounted Booth Rental): A locked-in, flat weekly chair rental rate, deeply discounted in exchange for your management/leadership support.
- The Transition Path: Start on commission while you build, and transition to flat booth rent whenever you choose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier haircuts, fades, shaves, and grooming services.
- Act as the technical leader of the shop floor, ensuring high standards of sanitation and customer service.
- Assist ownership in vetting, interviewing, and auditioning incoming barbers (evaluating technical skills/demo cuts).
- Foster a professional, welcoming, and high-energy shop culture.
Requirements:
- Valid Maryland Barber License (Active and in good standing).
- 3+ years of experience behind the chair with a strong portfolio of modern cuts and technical skill.
- Strong communication skills and a leadership mindset.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a clean presentation.
