Specialty Representative/Sr Specialty Representative - Primary Care - Fresno Central, CA

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative for a primary care sales role covering Fresno and surrounding California areas. The position involves delivering clinical product knowledge to medical professionals, managing territory sales, and navigating reimbursement issues to drive appropriate product utilization.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products and communicate benefits to medical professionals
• Achieve territory sales targets through branded messaging, educational programs, and in-person and virtual engagement
• Develop and manage customer relationships, address reimbursement issues, and maintain product contracts
• Analyze sales activities and territory performance; develop territory plans with District Manager
• Uphold Amgen values and demonstrate commitment to serving patients throughout sales cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4+ years sales experience, or high school diploma with 6+ years sales experience
• For Senior role: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years sales/clinical healthcare experience, or Associate's with 6+ years combined experience, or high school diploma with 8+ years combined experience
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industry sales experience preferred
• Product or hospital sales experience in oncology, cardiology, inflammation, nephrology, dermatology, or related therapeutic specialties preferred
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills with focus on sales outcomes
• Life Sciences or Business Administration background preferred

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 base annual
