Product Quality Customer Support and Failure Analysis engineer

Master's degree or a diploma from an engineering school in Electronics/Microelectronics Ideally, knowledge of semiconductors, electronics, and electronic components, or 2 to 5 years of experience in microcontroller area and/or failure analysis Customer focused, sense of urgency & initiative, tenacity/perseverance, highly organized and enjoy teamwork Good analytical skills, problem solving and master customer communication Cross-Cultural Communication Fluent English mandatory YOUR ROLE In the context of local business growth, you will be fully integrated into the General Purpose and Automotive Microcontroller Division's product quality organization. You will join a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring product quality and reliability meet customer expectations and ST standards, including automotive standards, and supporting customers on a daily basis Provide local customer support in ST Shenzhen for Microcontroller, Digital, and RF group products Conduct product-oriented analyses, including electrical tests on bench, automatic test equipment, X-ray imaging, emission microscopy, and other fault localization tools Lead 8D problem solving in close teamwork with Plants and Divisions Customer facing on technical aspects, in collaboration with Field Quality, Field Application and Marketing
