Hotel General Manager for LifeStyle Hotel Brand

A national Hotel Management Group seeks an experienced IHG Hotel General Manager with full-service, higher-end, extended stay, or LifeStyle Branded Hotel experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong tenure at National Hotel Branded properties. We are looking for a Hotel Ambassador and Team Builder to establish a level of service beyond guests' expectations. Hotel General Manager Benefits:

Salary - $85,000 to $95,000
Bonus Plan TBD

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

Train, Lead, Mentor, and develop team members to consistently provide a memorable Guest experience
Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel, including but not limited to Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and Engineering
Identify property needs and execute a plan to address those needs
Prepare operational budgets, facilitating financial planning and expense control
Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals
Serve as the Brand Ambassador in the Community

Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of General Manager experience
At least 2 years of Hotel experience with Food & Beverage outlets and meeting space
Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment
Proven track record in delivering financial results
Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record of positive associate satisfaction scores
