ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve proudly owned my agency for 8 years, but my State Farm journey began long before that — I spent 21 years as a team member before becoming an agent myself. I know exactly what it’s like to be in the role I’m hiring for, and that experience shapes how I lead, support, and develop my team every day.

We’re a small but mighty group — currently 4 team members and looking to grow to 5 or 6 — and our office truly feels like a family. Everyone has a voice, and we work together to help our customers while creating a positive, encouraging atmosphere where people enjoy coming to work.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Robin Lonas - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
