Job TitleHalker Consulting is a nationwide provider of multi-disciplined Engineering, Design, Project Management, Procurement and Field Services for Oil & Gas, and other Energy industry sectors.Halker Consulting specializes in Oil and Gas surface facilities, Power Infrastructure, Environmental Remediation and Design, Automation and Digital Solutions, and federal, state, and local regulatory compliance.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform strict adherence to and champion the Halker Project Delivery Process (PDP) for every project assignedOverall responsibility for coordination of all technical activities on assigned projectsMeet with clients to develop new business and maintain existing business relationshipsResponsible to ensure that all assigned personnel are coordinating their activities with other project participants and that the requirements of the contract are being satisfiedMaintain the lead communicator position with client and manage client expectationsPrepare proposals to obtain new project work from new and existing clientsMonitor work for compliance to applicable codes, and accepted engineering practicesMaintain a current project schedule that is updated weekly in conjunction with the project engineering discipline leadsAssume full responsibility for profitability of assigned projects which includes the weekly review and approval of client invoicesEnsure compliance with current budget, A/R, and billing requirements for each of their assigned Clients/projectsDevelop project execution plan and identify resource requirementsPreferred QualificationsBachelor Degree in EngineeringIdeally 8+ years of management experience in O&G or closely related industryMinimum of five years facility engineering experienceSoftware experience including Microsoft Office and PDF Editor; PowerBI and Monday.com a plusAdvanced knowledge of Project Management principles and guidelinesCompensation and BenefitsExpected base salary range: $150,000/year - $175,000/year.
