Entry-Level Compensation Program Manager
Epic
Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. Responsibilities Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs. Manage and optimize international compensation programs. Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs. Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally. Analyze country‑specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
