Program Business Manager

Program Business Manager Candidate must have a TS/SCI clearance. DCCA is a veteran-owned IT business that has served government agencies and commercial enterprises since 1982. Responsibilities: Experience formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on user needs and business system requirements. Experience performing analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into proper specifications. Experience providing consultation on complex projects and serving as a top‑level contributor/specialist across most phases of systems analysis, considering business implications of technology. Experience planning and managing the realization of benefits through integration of new capabilities within business practices, and defining benefits that realize program objectives. Experience maintaining focus on organizing and managing time and resource investment. Experience advising the PMO on whether outputs and outcomes will lead to realization of new business processes. Experience optimizing the timing of release of new deliverables into business operations. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
