In this role, you'll work as part of a small, supportive team to keep our guest accommodations, offices, and common areas clean, organized, and well maintained each day. As a service-focused position, a friendly and positive attitude toward guests, vendors, and fellow staff members is essential to providing great service and maintaining a welcoming environment.ResponsibilitiesGive exceptional customer service and a smile to all guests and staffClean cabins, bunk houses and motel rooms, including but not limited to: furniture, beds, toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, kitchen equipment, dishes, walls, floors and ceilingsClean all public restrooms, changing rooms, conference rooms, staff restrooms and officesWork with other departments on any special requests for groups or conferencesWork efficiently and effectively to complete daily tasksNotify Housekeeping Manager about supply and linen needsReport any maintenance items to Repair and Maintenance or to Housekeeping ManagerOther duties as assignedQualificationsValid Driver's License and clean driving recordReliable transportation to and from workAbility to climb stairs, bend, stoop and twistAbility to lift 40lbs.Dependable and timelyAbility to work flexible hours and various days of the weekAbility to sustain productive work with minimal supervisionExceptional people skillsProfessional appearance and attitudeThe above noted job description is not intended to describe, in detail, the multitude of tasks that may be assigned but rather to provide a general sense of the responsibilities and expectations of this position.
