About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the aggressive expansion of its automotive services franchise network. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and managing the operating platform necessary to support the doubling of the network within the next two years. This includes developing and implementing an operating model that ensures consistent shop execution, overseeing multi-unit operations, and partnering with ownership on new-store openings and market development. The COO will also be responsible for field leadership, customer experience, financial performance, people, training, and culture, as well as compliance, safety, and risk management. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a strong background in multi-unit operations leadership, preferably in a high-volume customer service environment. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in scaling field operations, building management teams, and leading through managers. Strong financial and operational acumen is essential, as is experience in opening new locations and creating repeatable processes in a growth setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills, and have a hands-on leadership style. The ability to travel regularly and support urgent operational needs is also a key requirement.
