About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Global Client Development and Strategic Alliances. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a minimum of 12 years' experience in consulting, professional services, enterprise technology, managed services, or complex B2B solutions. This role is pivotal in leading client development, strategic partnerships, and driving profitable revenue growth across a diverse range of service capabilities. Key responsibilities include developing and executing client development strategies, personally originating and closing complex engagements, and establishing and expanding relationships with C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders. The role demands a hands-on approach, with a focus on maintaining a qualified pipeline, and ensuring a successful transition from business development to service delivery. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a proven track record of generating significant professional services revenue and be adept at selling complex consulting and professional services. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of executive relationships, experience in developing strategic alliances, and a deep understanding of the sales process for professional services. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required, along with the ability to work effectively with executive leadership, delivery teams, and clients. The role also requires a high level of commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to protect the firm's reputation and commercial interests. While not mandatory, experience in the public sector or with large complex enterprises, as well as familiarity with government procurement processes, is considered a plus.
