Associate Conference and Event Coordinator

Responsibilities Coordinate client‑facing webcasts (initial planning through post‑webcast reporting follow‑up) Coordinate First Eagle attendance and sponsorship at third‑party regional and national conferences (including exhibit booth management, client entertainment, registrations, shipment coordination and promotional items) Assist with planning and logistics for First Eagle Proprietary Due Diligence meetings, roadshows, and other client entertainment events Create and maintain individual event budgets as well as prepare, reconcile, and process expenses and invoices post‑event Coordinate marketing collateral and promotional materials for events and campaigns Work in tandem with Marketing to create dedicated event collateral, online registration, and manage events Develop and maintain key relationships with hospitality and restaurant companies across the country Assist with internal meeting coordination and projects/initiatives as needed Qualifications Minimum three years of experience in event planning, RFP review and negotiation, roadshow coordination or corporate access role, preferably with an investment management firm Undergraduate degree preferred Excellent time‑management, organizational and social skills Experience with CVENT & Salesforce Campaigns Exceptional computer skills – proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solutions‑ and client‑service oriented with a dedicated focus on delivering exceptional customer service; approachable with the ability to develop deep relationships High energy level Resourceful, well‑organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented Team‑focused attitude with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others Flexible and adaptive to change Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and new projects Ability to accomplish routine and habitual tasks with care and attention to detail Engaged problem‑solver and team player Light to moderate travel may be required Base salary range is $80,000 to $90,000. This role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and internal equity.
