Boden Senior Living of Coon Rapids, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Culinary Assistant/Server to join our growing team. Boden Senior Living of Coon Rapids is located just outside the heart of downtown Coon Rapids, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 54-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Join our team today! Shifts Available: Part-Time AMs (7:30am-11:30am) Wage: $15.50-$20.50 per hour Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? Our Culinary Assistants/Servers become family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident well-being.

Duties Include:

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.
