Responsibilities

• Assist policyholders by phone and in person, ensuring their insurance needs are met with care and professionalism
• Provide accurate, detailed information on the agency's full range of insurance products and services
• Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, maintaining a positive experience for every client
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints to uphold service standards
• Gather customer feedback to help drive improvements in service delivery and satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales and claims teams to ensure a seamless customer service experience

Requirements

• Active Maryland insurance license required; bilingual in Spanish preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required, with 2+ years of customer service experience (insurance preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing a variety of tasks
• Customer-oriented, with basic computer skills including familiarity with CRM software
