Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

No insurance experience required. Training is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Acquisition: Connect with potential customers and recommend State Farm products that meet their needs.
- Consultative Selling: Talk with customers and discuss the best solutions
- Customer Relationships: Build lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the success of the agency.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
