Maintenance Supervisor

Oversee General Aviation and Airline maintenance operations in Appleton and Oshkosh WI locationsSupervise A&P's, conduct inspections, compliance, scheduling and quality controlPerforms maintenance operations to FAA and NewView Technologies standards utilizing maintenance manuals and other documentationCollaborate with A&P techs and holds team accountable as well as perform repairs according to regulationsSafety consciousOversee routine maintenance checks and perform diagnostic tests to identify hydraulic, electrical and mechanical malfunctionsResearch ADs, service bulletins and other maintenance related proceduresInventory and record all aircraft parts, supplies and equipment used for maintenance operationsHands on leader who will help grow the business by building relationships with airport tenants and customers, identifying new business opportunities and promoting our maintenance capabilities and servicesCompletion of projects on time and within budgetDirects the workflow of multiple projectsEnsures pre-maintenance and post-maintenance debriefs are performed with teamProvides adequately trained and qualified personnelMaintains a positive customer service environmentAssists in the completion of work orders and FAA paperworkRequirementsMust hold a valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate under 14 CFR part 65 with IA.Experience with piston aircraft maintenance and repair station operations strongly desiredAbility to thoroughly troubleshoot beyond the obviousAbility to operate a computer and navigate maintenance manualsDetail orientedExperience with hand and power toolsAbility to sit, stand, kneel, move freely around, inside on top of and under aircraft with repetitive movements of hands, wrists, and fingers, occasionally in confined spacesMust be able to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally with assistanceAbility to be consistent and precisePerform daily activities with sense of purpose and ownershipStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust be available nights and weekends for on-call maintenance3-5 years in management3-5 years experience as IAProven track record of growthJ-18808-Ljbffr JSfirm
