Role Overview: In this pivotal role, the Assistant General Manager / Assistant Kitchen Manager (AGM/AKM) will be an integral part of a dynamic team. This hands-on position encompasses various responsibilities, including training, management, and active collaboration with both the back-of-house and front-of-house teams. Responsibilities: Completion of a comprehensive 1-month in-house training program, encompassing mastery of all positions ranging from dishwashing and line cooking to bartending and management.
