• Manage and draft email responses based on verbal direction.
• Organize digital files and maintain systems for efficiency.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments.
• Execute tasks and projects on request to support operations.
• Provide occasional phone support to ensure smooth client communication.
• Follow up and track progress on tasks to keep the team leader focused.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluent English communication, comfortable on the phone and via email.
• Tech-savvy; able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
• Flexible availability (full/part-time) with weekends.
• Problem-solving mindset with initiative to tackle tasks independently.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
