Role Overview: In this pivotal role, the Assistant General Manager / Assistant Kitchen Manager (AGM/AKM) will be an integral part of a dynamic team. This hands-on position encompasses various responsibilities, including training, management, and active collaboration with both the back-of-house and front-of-house teams. Additionally, there is a unique opportunity to mentor a Kitchen Manager by immersing them in front-of-house operations. Responsibilities: Completion of a comprehensive 1-month in-house training program, encompassing mastery of all positions ranging from dishwashing and line cooking to bartending and management. Collaborate with the team to ensure operational excellence, create extraordinary customer experiences, and uphold the commitment to scratch-made principles.
