In this essential role, you will develop, implement, and maintain effective behavior support plans that promote safety, personal growth, and community inclusion. Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, families, and external providers, you will ensure that all services align with agency standards and state regulatory requirements.You will conduct behavioral assessments, model appropriate intervention strategies, and provide crisis response when needed. This position also involves analyzing data to evaluate progress, training staff to maintain high-quality implementation, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation.
