The Opportunity As Project Manager, you'll oversee projects from preconstruction through to closeout, ensuring they're delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The role is focused primarily on ground-up commercial construction, with occasional interior finish-out and renovation projects. Working closely with Owners, Architects, Superintendents and Subcontractors, you'll lead every stage of the project lifecycle while maintaining exceptional client relationships and ensuring successful project delivery. Typical Projects You'll have the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial projects, including: Commercial Office Industrial & Warehouse Medical Office Buildings (MOB) Education Municipal Automotive Retail Ground-Up Commercial Developments What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor Strong background delivering ground-up commercial construction projects Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors and client relationships Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills Stable employment history demonstrating successful long-term project delivery A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to quality What's On Offer?
