Workday HCM Consultant

To support ongoing client needs, the full-time remote Workday HCM Consultant will provide functional support, optimization, and advisory services, focusing on troubleshooting, configuration, and enhancing the Workday environment post-implementation. Key responsibilities: Provide Workday functional consulting services throughout the system development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and post-production support Configure and optimize Workday HCM modules, translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive solution design and perform impact analysis for configuration changes and Workday releases Required qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience in a consulting, implementation, or post-production support environment Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM functionality in a production environment Strong understanding of Workday business processes, configuration, and reporting Experience troubleshooting complex Workday issues and performing root-cause analysis Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing consulting environment
