We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, results-driven Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about building brands and expanding market reach. This individual will play a crucial role in our marketing team, supporting a variety of initiatives including digital marketing, social media, content creation and video editing, website management, event planning, and more. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves to think outside the box, and is eager to contribute to a growing company. This position requires some international travel along with our sales team. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to build brand presence and engage with our B2B audience. Meta Ad Management: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) to generate leads and drive brand awareness. Graphic Design Support: Assist in creating basic graphics for digital and print materials (experience in design is a plus, but not mandatory). Content Creation & Video Editing: Collaborate with the team to create compelling content, including blog posts, newsletters, product descriptions, and promotional materials. Additionally, editing video and photo content. Website Management: Oversee website content updates, monitor analytics, and collaborate with the team to ensure that the site is optimized for SEO and reflects our brand identity. Email Campaigns: Create compelling email campaigns with creative graphic designs, manage campaign analytics, and coordinate important information with sales team and directors. Event Planning: Coordinate and execute trade shows, conferences, awards galas, in‑house and cross‑Canada education events, influencer and other promotional events, ensuring smooth execution and brand representation. Public Relations & Writing: Support in writing press releases, articles, award opportunities and any other public-facing content that strengthens the company’s brand and reputation.
