Perm - Social Worker (LMSW) Adult Behavioral Health

About the Job

We are hiring a licensed Social Worker for an Adult Behavioral Health Intake role supporting adults, adolescents, and children within a behavioral health setting.

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM.
Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Some evening/weekend hours may be required.
No on-call.

Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral health intake assessments.
Develop safety plans and treatment recommendations.
Complete clinical documentation and care coordination.
Provide support to patients, families, and caregivers.
Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision.
Assist with referrals and person-centered care planning.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling REQUIRED.
Active Michigan LMSW, LLP, or LPC License REQUIRED.
Minimum 1 year post-master's behavioral health experience REQUIRED.
Experience working with adults, children, and developmental disabilities REQUIRED.
Crisis intervention experience preferred.
