? Position Overview

The Concierge serves as the first point of contact , ensuring every person who enters the building feels valued, respected, and supported. This role combines customer service, organization, and compassion .

✨ What You’ll Do

• Greet residents, families, and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude

• Assist with directions, questions, and general needs

• Answer and direct phone calls

• Help coordinate appointments, transportation, and visits

• Support resident experience by assisting with requests and concerns

• Maintain a calm, organized front desk environment

• Communicate with nursing, social services, and administration as needed

• Promote a positive and caring atmosphere throughout the facility
